Crystal Chan Eighty Thousand Steps (2023, 19 min for first episode) is an interactive audio journey exploring memory, family, and migration through the real experiences of Asian Canadians reconnecting with their cross-border identities. Through innovative and thought-provoking approaches, Chan's work invites viewers to reflect on the complexities of belonging and representation in a globalized world. Created in collaboration between Stitch Media and Crystal Chan, as one of eight projects selected for the CBC/Canada Council of the Arts Creation Accelerator Program. 2024 Signal Awards Finalist for Most Innovative Audio Experience and Best Experimental Podcast.
